partybox.fi products are sold by partybox A&A Oy 3430103-9.

partybox Oy sells products to adult individuals and businesses. Products are ordered from our online store by adding them to your shopping cart and paying for the contents of your cart through our payment service. 

Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. Save your email order confirmation so you can check the contents of your order. Take the order confirmation with you when you contact our customer service.

The prices of the products include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges. The customer agrees to the delivery and return conditions applicable to each order.

PAYMENT

Payment methods for the party box are processed via Paytrail or Flatpay, depending on the payment method. We guarantee that the payment methods we use in our online shop and in our branches are safe for customers.

Payment service provider Paytrail:

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) is the main payment intermediary and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.

If the customer has received the wrong product or part of the product, the wrong quantity of products or a defective product, the consumer should always report the matter immediately by e-mail to:partybox. Please include a clear explanation of the fault in your message. Always take pictures of the packaging and product defects and of the defective product and attach them to the email. Take pictures so that the whole product is visible in the picture and the damage is clearly visible. Please do not send defective products to us before you have contacted our customer service!

By law, you have the right to complain about a defect in a product if the defect is original. The customer must contact you with a complaint as soon as the defect is discovered, but within two months at the latest. If the product has been damaged during transport or has been incorrectly delivered, please inform us within 7 days of receipt of the product. This will allow us to process the complaint quickly and efficiently.

Our customer service will deal with your complaint as soon as possible. Our customer service will be in contact with you and will provide you with a solution depending on the product defect. If the product defect is assessed as a manufacturing defect or a transport defect, we will refund the shipping costs, the return costs and the price of the product upon return. If the order includes other products in addition to the product complained about, we will not refund the original shipping costs. If you are returning a product that is the subject of a complaint, it is important that you retain the return receipt until we have processed your claim. If you accept a possible price reduction as a solution, you waive your right to make a claim and return the product for the defect that has been replaced.

FORCE MAJEURE

partybox is not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to, general labour disputes, acts of war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changes in official regulations, technical problems, faults in power/telecom/computer connections or other communications, and faults and delays in services provided by subcontractors due to the above circumstances. In such circumstances, the obligation to pay damages and take other measures shall lapse.

REGISTERING AS AN E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER

In the online shop of Juhlaboks www.juhlaboksi.fi personal data is collected when the user registers as a user of the services, as a customer of the online shop, when participating in competitions or when otherwise submitting personal data to Juhlaboks. The personal data provided by the user is collected and stored in our customer register. Personal data will not be disclosed for direct marketing purposes. The data in the register can only be used for Juhlaboks' electronic direct marketing if the user has given his/her consent. Juhlaboksi reserves the right to disclose information about the user to the authorities if the user has acted contrary to law and good practice. The user has the right to check the personal data concerning him/her, to modify them or to delete them completely from the register.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS

You are responsible for all use of your username and password, if any, and for ensuring that such use complies with the terms of this Agreement. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password. The online shop can be accessed without a password using a one-time login code and the User can log out of the shop on his/her own website from any device.
You agree to use the service only for purposes that are in accordance with the law and good practice. You agree not to post or transmit any material on the Service that violates, incites or promotes any law or morality. The User shall be responsible for all costs of acquiring and maintaining the hardware, software and telecommunications connections necessary for the use of the Service, and for any other costs incurred in connection with the use of the Service. The User shall be fully liable for any damage caused to the Service Provider, other users and third parties by his use of the Service in breach of this Agreement, law or good practice.

The user can leave a product review after purchase. We reserve the right not to publish reviews that do not comply with the following guidelines:

The review must be clear and understandable in Finnish or Swedish.
The review must not be offensive or discriminatory.
The review must not be misleading or false.

PRICES 

Party shops have the right to change prices at any time. The price indicated in the online shop at the time of placing the order is valid for the entire duration of the order. partybox reserves the right to cancel the order in the event of a clear price error, whatever the reason for the error. A clear price error in the online shop means that the price of a product deviates clearly and significantly from the correct price level of the product.
