ORDERING AND DELIVERY

How quickly will I receive my order? 

Before 16.00 on weekdays orders placed will be dispatched the same day.

It takes time to post
1-3 working days. 80% of orders can be picked up the next working day!

Orders received after 16.00 on weekends, during special opening hours and on Fridays will be delivered to the carrier on the next working day.

Can I place an order by phone or e-mail?

All bookings are made through our online shop. Minimum purchase limit is 20€

We do not currently have a shop, a pick-up store or a showroom.

I did not receive a booking confirmation. What do I do?

Your email has probably gone wrong. However, check your spam first, just to be sure.

Please contact our customer service team at info@juhlaboksi.fi we will help you.

Can I collect my order myself? 

There is currently no pick-up option. We will inform you when the situation changes.

Do you offer home delivery in the Oulu area?

Not at the moment. But if there is a demand for the service, definitely yes in the future!

However, you can buy the package delivered to your door!

How do I buy/use a gift voucher?

You can buy a gift voucher here.

The gift card will be delivered to the subscriber's email address immediately after the order is placed. If you wish, if the gift card is a gift, you can easily forward it to the recipient, for example by e-mail or print it out.

The gift voucher contains a link and a code that allows you to use it easily in our online shop.

The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Do you have a brick-and-mortar store?

We have no brick-and-mortar store or showroom.

You can buy our products in our online shop at www.juhlaboksi.fi.

The minimum purchase limit is €20.

I chose the wrong delivery address, what now?

Don't worry, contact our customer service team via email or chat right away and we can change your delivery location before packing, as long as the package hasn't been dispatched yet.

Can balloons be filled with helium in Oulu?

At the moment, the helium refill service is not available.

What does the partybox contain?

All of our booths are generally always stocked with the following 8 + 1 products:

- napkins 12-20 pieces package

Decoration
- decorative balloons (latex) 5-10 pcs

- themed foil balloon 
- an age-appropriate flip-ball for children's parties

NOTE! There are a few exceptions in some of the boxes, so please read the product information carefully. 

In addition, depending on the box, premium boxes include the following products:
- party club
- decorative set
- gift/bag for friends according to the theme
- a sticker sheet or tattoo sheet as a gift for a friend
- poofter
- serving dishes
- serpentine
- foil balloon

Can I edit the contents of the box?

As a rule, the contents of the boxes cannot be customised, but if you have a special occasion, please do not hesitate to contact us - we will certainly find a package that suits you.

Yes, absolutely. We welcome your feedback and requests.

Can the content of the party box change?

We are constantly developing and bringing new themes to our shop. We listen to feedback and experiences from our customers.

If we change the product content of the boxes, we always indicate this in the product description and when the product is collected. We also have photos of the table setting and decorations of all products, which we always keep up to date.

What if a theme is sold out?

Sometimes this can happen. But we are constantly trying to replenish our stock. However, occasionally there may be a short delay at our supplier's end, which naturally affects us.

How can I pay for my order?

We have the full range of payment methods available on Paytrail. Payments are always secure and made in an encrypted connection. Payment methods include:

How do I save my payment to my account? 

Saved payment methods allow you to store your credit card details in your account. This will make it easier and faster for you to make payments in the future. Once you have created an account, you can add credit cards, edit credit card details or delete cards.

Can I return my order?

Yes you can. You can return the unused, original contents of the entire subscription box with a 30-day right of return.

Will the refund cost?

No cost. Refunds are free for 30 days.
However, we will not refund the cost of postage.

Is Juhlaboksi Oy Finnish company?

Yes, we are an Oulu-based, Oulu-based e-commerce company.

Our party products are ordered from Europe and other materials from Finland.

Can a company buy from Juhlaboksi Oy?

Of course. In the shopping cart, you can define your company details for billing information.

Our commercial sales department will design the package your company needs, either for the delivery of your products or complete boxes.

USER ACCOUNT

What are the benefits of registering?

You can easily register as a customer in our online shoppartybox and then you can see your order history, save payment methods and track the progress of your order with your own ID. You can also subscribe to our newsletter to be among the first to receive information about our new themes.

How do I create an account?

Accounts are created when you sign in with your email address.

What do I do if I forget my password?

You log in to your account with a six-digit one-time confirmation code sent by email. No password is required to log in.

How can I update my account information?

Steps:

1. Click the sign in button.

2. Enter your email address. Once you have received the login code by email, you can enter it to go to the account page.

3. On the account page, click on your initials in the top right-hand corner and select "Account details".

4. To edit your name, click on the pencil icon in the Profile section.

5. To edit your delivery details, click on the pencil icon next to the address in the Addresses section.

Can I shop without registering?

Yes, you can. So you don't have to register if you don't want to.
