Delivery policy

WE DELIVER ORDERS BY POST
(note: the minimum order value must be min 20e)

All orders placed before 16.00 on weekdays will always be available for same-day delivery and will be dispatched on the same day. At other times, the parcel will be dispatched on the next working day at the latest.

The standard shipping time for our products is approximately about 1–3 business days, but orders placed on weekdays can usually be picked up from the post office the next day. Delivery speed depends on the delivery company and the delivery location. 

For Juhlaboks, we will deliver your parcel to the delivery company immediately on the day of ordering, no later than 17.00, so that it can be delivered the same day.

TOur products are delivered by Posti, PostNord, and Travel Services. Deliveries are made within Finland. 

DELIVERY CHARGES 

Delivery costs are determined by the delivery method. You can see the delivery costs in the shopping cart or on the payment page.

 DELIVERY DATE

  • Post Office Pick-up point deliver the parcel to your destination 1-3 working days (usually 1 days).

  • PostNord pick-up point deliver your parcel to your destination 1-3 within one working day.

  • PostNord Home Parcel delivers the parcel to the subscriber within 1-3 working days.

    The service allows the recipient to choose the delivery date and the time slots during which the parcel can be delivered.

  • Matkahuolto Pick-up point deliver the parcel to your destination 1-3 within one working day.

Juhlaboksi Oy is not responsible on behalf of the supplier for a shipment damaged or lost in transit. We are not liable on behalf of the Supplier for any delay, hindrance or delay in delivery.

PAYMENT

Payment methods for the party box are processed via Paytrail or Flatpay, depending on the payment method. We guarantee that the payment methods we use in our online shop and in our branches are safe for customers.
