The time of refilling can be at the time of pick-up or on a public holiday. You can add this information at the time of ordering in the additional information and we will be in touch.

It's possible - contact our customer service team to arrange a time and we'll be ready. Filling is possible on weekdays from 13.00 to 17.00 or at any other agreed time.

How does filling helium balloons work?
Pick up filled
The filling can be purchased online or from our warehouse.
Please indicate your preferred pick-up time in the additional order details or contact customer service - we will be in touch if necessary. This way we can have the balls ready for collection!
We are open by advance purchase - so please get in touch if you just want a helium refill, so we can be there when you arrive!
Helium filling includes
Helium, latex balloons, processing agent and string.
Weight is not included in the price. You can buy beautiful star-shaped weights from the online store.
