Free pThe initial right is 30 days.
The refund only applies to the entire party package as purchased. Individual items from the party box cannot be returned.
The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. Otherwise we will not accept returns.
Please also note that the right of withdrawal does not apply:
- Individual products from the Juhlaboks
- Products made or ordered according to the buyer's wishes
- The right of return does not apply to businesses.
Processing:
It takes about two weeks to process returns. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used to pay for the order in the online shop.
You will receive an email notification that your refund has been processed.
Methods of return:
Carefully pack unopened products in the box of the Party Box. Remember to cover the original shipping labels.
You can choose from the following ways to return your products:
1. PostNordin
Use the return address card that comes with your order, which you can attach to the package. Take the parcel to a PostNord pick-up point, indicating that it is a customer return
2. Mail
Use the return code 684513 at the Post Office.
Return the parcel via a Post Office service point using contract number 684513. There is no need to mark the return address on the parcel, Posti will take care of the return to the Juhlaboks warehouse.
3. Travel service
With the return code 9563215 to a Matkahuolto service point.
Return the parcel via Matkahuolto service point using the return code 9563215. There is no need to mark the return address on the parcel, Matkahuolto will take care of the return to Juhlaboks warehouse.
4. In our warehouse in Oulu:
- Return products on weekdays during our opening hours.
Costs of reimbursement:
- Refunds are free of charge
- A refund will be credited according to the payment method used for the order as soon as the refund has been processed.
Points to note:
- An uncollected package is not the same as a customer refund. For unclaimed parcels, we will charge a €10 delivery and return fee.
- If products are returned to us because of incorrect address or contact details, we will not refund the delivery costs, but will invoice them in accordance with the carrier's current price list. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all information on the checkout page is completed correctly before accepting the order, including but not limited to address, contact details for carrier notifications (phone number and email address), delivery method and pick-up location.
